Located at Tamarindo Beach, Costa Rica, Hacienda del Pacifico is a dream tropical holiday destination. As a private rental house, beach lovers will enjoy the close proximity of surfing, swimming and diving in the less crowded part of Tamarindo Bay. The Hacienda is in the exclusive residential area of Tamarindo. The house is almost on the beach and opposite the beach path (please have a look at the beach walk video at the end of this page). Our area of Tamarindo is more secluded and without the noise and traffic of the main roads. The Hacienda is built with the "old style romantic charm" of a colonial hacienda with focus on an open air walk gallery connecting all the areas together around a small courtyard with swimming pool. There is opportunity to experience nature and enjoy the comings and goings of the animals and birds with the Hacienda's open air plan. This type of house is perfect for families and those who want to be in a more private and quiet environment. The kitchen is open plan as well as the livingroom area. There are three bedrooms and one master bedroom. All bedrooms are air-conditioned and have electric fans. One bedroom has two single beds, the other beds are queen sized. The furniture has been custom made for the Hacienda. Modern conveniences needed for a comfortable vacation, such as cable TV, microwave and high-speed internet are provided. Surfboards and boggie boards can be stored in a separate storage room where there is a separate shower to rinse off after coming in from the sea. There is a a gardener/caretaker and regular mail service. Extra services such as airport pickup and a chef are available upon request. We have a standard daily rate, but we try to be flexible to the customers needs.  Our "Casita" with tropical outdoor shower can sleep 2 persons and is available in the low season. We are giving our guests one complimentary voucher for a yoga class at "Casa Azul". We want to introduce some and for others to enjoy what they already practice at home - yoga. Casa Azul is 3 minutes walk from the Hacienda on the beach. It is a great way to embrace nature and start getting the most from your holiday time in Tamarindo.
Reservation Policy: Reservations can be made by phone, fax or e-mail to Lexie Hutton in Costa Rica. Within 7 days of reservation, 50% of the payment must be sent in the form of a cashier's check made out to Alexis Paulk-Hutton, and mailed to the address below. A confirmation will be sent to the client by fax or e-mail upon receipt of the check, along with the rental contract , which will need to be read and signed , then faxed or mailed back to Lexie. No refunds of deposits are given. The remaining 50% must be paid 30 days prior to arrival.
